This sample piece was milled and turned from a single piece of steel as requested by the customer. The shaft was then heat treated and stress relieved, and the head was painted per engineering specifications.
Complex Geometry
This part was rough milled from a single piece of aluminum. The top and bottom were 2-axis contour milled to create the curvature. The fins were 3-axis contour milled to form the fins.

- For jobs with intense 2-D geometric requirements, we generate machine programs offline to reduce lead time and maximize repeatability.
Offline 3-D CAM Programming
- Parts that contain multi-axis contours or other non-orthogonal geometry are modeled using SolidWorks and CAMWorks software. This greatly reduces costs associated with complex geometry.
